We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
We do not offer refunds for:
Opened or used products
Items returned after the 14-day window
Products not purchased directly from www.naturalradiance.pk
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you are eligible for a refund, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Your order number
The reason for your return
A clear photo of the unopened product
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
